Southern Forests Employment Hub seeks a Rates Analyst to oversee the rating functions for the Shire, ensuring timely billing, collection and reconciliation of rates and charges.
The role also supports customer service and contributes to financial reporting and strategic revenue forecasting.
You will manage the property database, rate modelling, and ensure compliance with WA legislation while preparing notices and liaising with agencies as needed.
