From luxury hotel stays and world-class dining experiences to vibrant gaming and entertainment venues, you'll be at the centre of a dynamic environment where every shift brings new challenges, opportunities and experiences.We're looking for a full-time Shift Supervisor to join our Property Services team on a 12-month maximum term contract.
Behind the scenes is a complex network of critical infrastructure, essential services and operational teams that work around the clock to deliver seamless guest experiences.
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping the resort running safely, efficiently and without interruption.
*This is a 12-month maximum-term opportunity requires availability to work 12-hour shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
***You'll be:*** Leading a small and experienced team, driving operational excellence, quality workmanship and exceptional service standards* Ensuring business continuity, responding to operational incidents and emergency situations to protect our guests,
team members and assets* Responding to and delegating work orders, including accurate data is entered into Maximo* Supporting the shift teams looking after Gaming, Food & Beverage (F&B;), Hotel and Wardrobe maintenance services* Coordinating responses and providing technical and procedural direction across teams* Coordinating, implementation, and monitoring of Crown's safety systems for high-risk work* Issuing permits, conducting audits and inspections* Reporting on non-compliance and monitoring preventive and corrective actions**You'll bring:*** Demonstrated experience in an Operational Team Leader or Supervisory role* Hands-on skills and a trade license in essential services (plumbing or electrical preferred)* Leadership capability with solid focus on work, health & safety* Ability to work shifts across a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays* Ability to obtain an NSW Casino Special Employee Licence (Police Check and Credit Check required)**On offer:*** Exposure to a diverse and complex operation, offering opportunities to broaden your technical and leadership experience* Complimentary meals in our staff restaurant* Discounts across selected food and beverage venues* Exclusive accommodation discounts across Crown Sydney, Melbourne and Perth* Complimentary uniform laundering and wardrobe services for every shift* Access to health and wellbeing benefits, novated leasing and a range of employee discounts* Recognition and reward opportunities through Crown's company-wide awards program* The chance to get involved in community, diversity and inclusion initiatives
