You will work with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, mentor the team, and ensure a memorable in-store experience for customers and families.
Responsibilities include engaging staff, onboarding and training, stocking, inventory management, and maintaining safety standards while achieving sales targets.
A hands-on leader with 2–3 years in retail leadership is preferred.
