As a Pharmacy Assistant
, you are often the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and engaging pharmacy experience. You will proactively engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported and confident in their health journey from the moment they enter the pharmacy.
n
n
This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week, with a fortnightly roster that includes every second weekend.
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Confidently engage with customers to recommend over-the-counter products and health solutions (in line with your training).
n
Promote pharmacy services, health programs and loyalty offerings to support customer wellbeing.
n
Collaborate with all pharmacy staff,



ensuring a seamless customer experience and the delivery of exceptional service to all customers.
n
Maintain a high standard of merchandising, cleanliness and store presentation.
n
Contribute to achieving store KPIs through strong customer engagement and service.
n
Support day‐to‐day pharmacy operations, including stock awareness and housekeeping.
n
Confidently use pharmacy systems and technology.
n
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
n
n
You will be an ambassador of our Dedicated to Care philosophy, ensuring every customer feels supported, valued and confident in their health journey.

About You
n
You will:
n
n
Have obtained or be willing to complete S2/S3 qualification
n
A Certificate in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded
n
Have demonstrated previous pharmacy or retail experience, and a genuine interest in healthcare.
n
Have strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of customers.
n
Be proactive, positive and motivated to engage with customers
n
Bring demonstrated experience working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment.
n
Be motivated to achieve KPIs through delivering outstanding customer experiences.
n




Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised and compliant pharmacy environment.
n
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
n
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
