Homewell is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support clients across Melbourne's north and western suburbs.
You will deliver nursing assessments, develop care plans, monitor wellbeing, and provide clinical leadership to the care workforce.
This highly autonomous community nursing role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, office flexibility, and the chance to help older Australians live safely at home with dignity while collaborating with healthcare professionals.
