Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced APS5 Investigations and APS6 Senior Investigations Officer to join their busy team on a Non-Ongoing APS contract (Fixed Term Contract) for 1 year. About the role n

Help gather, review, and record information to support investigations into possible breaches
n
Examine documents and financial records, identify any concerns or missing information, and provide advice to help inform decisions.
n
Use data and intelligence tools to identify people, organisations, or activities that may pose a compliance risk.
n
Review information and trends to detect signs of non-compliance and help develop targeted compliance activities.
n
Assist with preparing briefs, reports, and correspondence for decisionmakers.
n
Ensure information is accurate, clear, and consistent, and support a high-quality approach to investigations and compliance work.
n
About you n
n
You will ideally have a Certificate IV in Government Investigations
n




You will have previous experience working in investigations within a government environment
n
You will have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information and data
n
You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
n
You will be self-motivated, and have strong organisational and time management skills
n
You will ideally have a current/active Federal Government Baseline Clearance, or the ability to obtain one
n

Full time hours Monday to Friday + opportunity for hybrid working from home options.

Salaries - APS5 $88,834 - $96,848 plus super, APS6 $99,734 - $111,701 plus super
