Apsley, Victoria
to recruit an enthusiastic
Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader
for a rewarding regional opportunity.

About the Role You will lead the funded
4-Year-Old Kindergarten program
within a long day care setting while also supporting curriculum leadership and quality practice across the service.
Permanent Part-time position
– 3 days per week
Hours:
8:00am – 4:30pm
Additional educator support during session times
Structured transport arrangements for children to and from the program
Kindergarten role with school holidays off
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-quality, engaging kindergarten program
Take on
Educational Leader responsibilities
across the service




Mentor and support educators
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Drive continuous improvement and best practice outcomes
Support children with diverse learning and developmental needs
About You The ideal candidate will be:
Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (VIT registered or eligible)
Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and pedagogy
A confident communicator and relationship builder
Adaptable, collaborative, and community-minded
Open to regional living and becoming part of a welcoming local community
Both experienced teachers and emerging leaders are encouraged to apply.
