About the Role n
We are seeking customer-focused Business / Finance Manager to join our agile sales team.
n
In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with finance and insurance options while ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience. You'll also support the sales team in achieving dealership goals and maintaining compliance with manufacturer and lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities n

Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner
n
Prepare and process finance and insurance applications efficiently and accurately
n
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies
n
Work closely with the sales team to maximise finance penetration and customer satisfaction
n




Maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance partners, as well as internal staff
n
Provide an exceptional standard of service throughout the customer journey
n
