As an
Application Support Officer - ServiceNow
, you'll help keep one of NSW Health's critical enterprise platforms running smoothly.
You'll provide technical support, investigate and resolve system issues, support enhancement projects, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while contributing to the ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you will:
Support the day-to-day operation of the ServiceNow platform
, delivering responsive support and guidance to users.
Investigate system issues
, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with team members to identify effective solutions.
Monitor platform performance
and provide insights to maintain reliability and service excellence.




Develop knowledge resources,
procedures, and documentation that strengthen team capability and user experience.
Improve ServiceNow operations
by identifying risks, recommending maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues effectively.
Has experience working with and supporting the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.

For this role 'Exempt' is refers to a fixed term contract of more than 13 weeks.
