The Service Delivery Administration Officer provides administrative and coordination support to enable effective service delivery between the FEC Service Delivery team, and business partners. The role focuses on supporting the allocation, monitoring, and tracking of service requests, equipment requests, and other issues to ensure timely action, escalation, and resolution.
