level who loves working on important and complex commercial matters.
Your new role n
Your
Corporate/Commercial
advisory work is for the Australian Government and corporate clients
. You and your team act for the country's largest Australian Government agencies as well as government-owned corporations, Aboriginal corporations and private sector companies.
n
Provide corporate advisory services including corporate law, governance, Corporations Act compliance, corporate structuring, major transactions and regulatory compliance.
n
Being part of a collaborative and supportive team; promotion based on your contribution (not PAE); versatile work arrangements, generous leave policies (purchase, parental and performance reward); work on important and complex commercial matters; National Tier 1 Government Practice (Best Law Firms); be involved in National initiatives throughout their development, implementation and operation.
