About the role n
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in our Ryde, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be involved in all aspectsof New Car Stock control, working within a great sales team environment.
What you'll be doing n
n
Maintaining accurate stock records in Dealer and Manufacturer Systems.
n
Providing exceptional support to the Sales Departments, including sourcing of Vehicles and assisting with Delivery preparation.
n
Meeting Manufacturer reporting guidelines including claims procedures.
n
Identifying opportunities to optimise stock levels
n
Generating reports and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to management
n
What we're looking for n
n
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle stock control
n




Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
n
A proactive and analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements
n
Be self-motivated, focused, flexible and reliable.
n
The ability to work to a high standard under pressure while ensuring deadlines are comfortably met.
n
Previous experience with the use of Pentana (ERA) will be highly regarded.
