About the Role
n
As a
DANS Care Worker
, you'll support clients to live well at home and stay connected to their community. Every day is different, meaningful, and rewarding.
n
Your tasks may include:
n
n
Assisting with personal care, meals, medications, and daily routines
n
Providing transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings
n
Offering companionship and being a trusted, friendly presence
n
Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing at every opportunity
n
n
You'll be supported by a friendly office team, a dedicated Team Leader,



and regular training—so you always feel confident and valued in your role.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)
n
Experience in aged care, disability, or community support
(life experience counts too!)
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Current Police Check (we reimburse if needed)
n
Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR
n
Most importantly:
