nAbout the role n
n
We have an exciting opportunity for a
General Labourer
on a full-time basis, with an additional
part-time CAD Drawer position
available.
n
nKey responsibilities n
n
Preparing and handling components for the powder coating process, ensuring proper cleaning and surface preparation
n
n
Assisting with loading, unloading and moving materials and finished products safely and efficiently
n
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
n
n
Operating basic equipment and machinery under supervision as required
n
n
Supporting the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
n
n
Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
n
n
Creating and modifying CAD drawings for powder coating projects
n
n
Assisting with design specifications and technical documentation
n
n




Collaborating with clients and the production team to ensure accurate representations of components
n
n
Maintaining CAD files and ensuring proper file management systems
n
n
Supporting the design process for current and existing projects
n
nWhat we're looking for n
n
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials
n
n
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
n
n
Willingness to learn and develop new skills in both labouring and technical areas
n
n
Basic health and safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety protocols
n
n
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
n
n
Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
n
n
For the CAD Drawer component: proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) or equivalent experience
n
n
For the CAD Drawer component: ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
n
n
Experience in manufacturing, powder coating or similar industries is advantageous but not essential
n
n
Valid driver's license is preferred
n
