Whether you're an experienced Service Adviser or someone with outstanding customer service skills looking for a new career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous dealership experience is highly regarded but
not essential
-we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About the Role n
As a Service Adviser, you'll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional service experience.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings
n
Preparing repair orders and recording customer concerns
n
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
n
Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
n
Recommending additional maintenance where appropriate
n
Organising loan vehicles when required
n
Processing invoices and explaining completed work
n
Delivering outstanding customer service every day
n
About You n
You'll be someone who:




n
n
Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service
n
Has excellent communication skills
n
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Has strong computer skills and attention to detail
n
Thrives in a busy team environment
n
Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
n
n
Previous experience as a Service Adviser or within the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential.
If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy helping people, we'll provide all the training you need.
