Job Description
The role will involve distributing real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs, including new listing, sold and prospecting campaigns. Initially, approximately 1,*****,000 letterboxes per week, however this will vary depending on listings and sales.

Collect marketing material from Schweitzer Estate Agents
n
Complete allocated streets and routes
n
Follow allocated routes and instructions
n
Work independently and manage time effectively
n
About you n

Reliable and punctual

Honest and trustworthy
n
Physically capable of walking for extended periods
n
Organised and able to work independently
n
Has reliable transport to get to different areas
n
Has a smartphone
n
Takes pride in doing a job properly
n
Previous letterbox distribution, delivery or similar experience is advantageous, but not essential
