An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a growing mining organisation during a significant growth phase. Based in West Perth, this role will focus on sourcing and securing high-calibre technical and professional talent to support ongoing project and operational requirements.
About the Role n
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical white-collar positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and professional mining roles
n
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop talent attraction strategies
n
Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
n
Manage candidate screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding
n
Build and maintain talent pools for future workforce needs
n
Provide market insights and recruitment best practice advice to stakeholders
n
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
n
About You n
n
Proven experience in an internal or agency Talent Acquisition role
n
Essential experience recruiting technical white-collar mining positions
n
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
n
Proactive sourcing and talent mapping capability
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
n
