Are you a passionate, driven law graduate or junior lawyer ready to build your career in a diverse and supportive environment?
August Legal is seeking a recent graduate or full-time or part-time (at least 3 days/w) lawyer with 0–2 years of post-admission experience, preferably with prior exposure to private general practice.
We are a results-focused general practice law firm based in Inner West Sydney, committed to delivering practical, compassionate and client-centred legal services.
Our work spans family law, criminal law, civil litigation, property law, and migration law.
As part of our close-knit team, you will:
Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of matters
Work closely with principal in court and in client-facing roles
Be supported in your professional development in a growing practice
Help real people with real problems, making a difference from day one
We're looking for someone who is:




A recent law graduate or lawyer with up to 2 years PAE
A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised, eager to learn, and committed to delivering quality legal service
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
Skilled, empathetic, and client-focused
Mandaring speaking skill is preferrable
Experience in general practice, especially in the areas we service, is highly regarded but not essential.
