Job Description
Lake Imaging Geelong seeks a friendly Booking Agent to be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound calls, managing bookings, and advising on pre-visit requirements at our Geelong site.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, patient-focused service, and comfort with computer systems.
Prior medical reception or RIS/PACS experience is highly regarded, with in-house training provided.
