About the role
As part of the Maternal and Child Health Team you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community.
Providing the Victorian maternal and child health service program using a family centred partnership approach in accordance with the service program guidelines and standards.
Facilitation of group work, including new parent groups, drop-in programs, and group-based initiatives.
Qualifications
Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Division 1 Registered Nurse and Midwife.
Hold Postgraduate qualifications in Child Family and Community Health- Maternal Child Health Nursing.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide and deliver the Victorian Maternal & Child Health program to the diverse range of families with young children from birth to school age.
Demonstrated knowledge of primary health care, health promotion and principals of early intervention.
A commitment to the provision of a quality service and continuous improvement.
Well-developed communication skills including interpersonal and written skills.
Benefits and Remuneration
Fixed Term, Fixed term - 12 month 0.84EFT position MCH Y1 – MCH Y5.
Salary $ 126,****** – $ 134,****** + Super.
