You will embed safety insights, champion wellbeing initiatives, and partner with retail and hospitality teams to prevent incidents and ensure statutory compliance.
Reporting to the Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing, you will travel across sites to coach teams, conduct inspections, lead investigations, and support continuous improvement across Endeavour
