Description
Our LEGO® Certified Store in Macquarie is looking for a new energetic Store Manager.
The store features life‐sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard‐to‐find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities.
Designed in partnership with the LEGO® Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO® Certified Store network.
Your Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store meets its financial targets, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff.
Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the brand's reputation and enhancing customer loyalty in a competitive retail landscape.
Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play and strive for outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance.
Your Purpose:
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high‐performing team environment.
Work closely with your team to fulfill online orders and execute in‐store activations.
To be successful for this role:
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail workplace.
Ability to build a high‐performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
Epitomise professionalism but recognise the importance of a fun, encouraging and welcoming team environment and have a genuine passion for LEGO®
Be self‐motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI's within a retail atmosphere
Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals and can connect the team to the essence of the LEGO® brand
