About our client
Our client is a well-established, independent SAP consultancy in Australia.
They're 100% SAP-focused and work with a range of organisations on advisory, implementation, integration and ongoing application support.

The role
They're looking for a SuccessFactors System Administrator to keep their clients' HR platforms running smoothly.
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day configuration, support and continuous improvement across multiple SuccessFactors modules, working closely with consultants and client stakeholders.
What you'll do
Administer and support SuccessFactors modules, including incidents, service requests and enhancements
Manage configuration changes, role-based permissions and access
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, imports/exports and scheduled jobs
Maintain data quality and run reports and audits
Document processes and configuration,



and support users with training and guidance
Work with consultants and client teams to identify improvements
What you'll bring
Hands-on SuccessFactors experience in any module (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession)
Experience in a system admin, support or application management role
Comfort with configuration, permissions/RBP and reporting
Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication with non-technical users
A detail-oriented, service-minded approach
Nice to have
SAP SuccessFactors certification
Integration experience (Integration Center, SFTP, middleware)
