About the Role
Estia Health Plenty has exciting opportunities for experienced Personal Care Workers (PCA's) to join our team on a Casual basis, working a range of morning and afternoon shifts.
Estia Health Plenty, set in Melbourne's leafy northern suburbs is located at ******* Diamond Creek Road, Plenty, VIC, ****.
Responsibilities
Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
Be a friend to our residents
Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
Requirements & Competencies
You'll be a true team player and excellent communicator, with:
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
