**** Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80,******
Superannuation: $9,******
PD allowance: up to $3,******
Total package: $92,******
Highlights of the Grad Program:
Clinic-based role
- work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners, not out of the boot of your car on your own
Comprehensive induction
- a 2-week comprehensive induction period and ongoing training and development
Manageable caseload
- A slow 4 month build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior OTs working right alongside you
Frequent supervision
- weekly 1:1 internal supervision for first 6 months, then fortnightly.
Peer supervision, you'll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
Professional Development
- monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

- $3,000 budget and regular in-service PD from senior practitioners

- our client service team handles all things admin, including client waitlist and all bookings

- flexible work hours, in-clinic and community and complete admin work from home

- input with your calendar, see clients in clinic or in the community, dedicated admin time

Work-life balance
- flexible schedule between 7.30am to 5.30pm, WFH and always finish on time
Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
Degree in Speech Pathology.
Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
