No prior IP or law experience is required as full training is provided.
Examiners conduct online research, analyse information, and apply legal tests, while liaising with customers, IP professionals, and the public to ensure robust IP rights.
The role starts at TM1 and progresses during training to TM4, with opportunities to advance within IP Australia.
