About the Role

We're looking for a Product Specialist for our Carindale store. This is a customer-facing sales role. You'll be on the floor helping customers find the right product, hitting your KPIs, and contributing to the team's overall performance.

What You'll Do
n

Engage customers and guide them through our product range to find the right solution for their needs
n
Drive sales and consistently meet individual KPIs
n
Contribute to team targets - not just your own numbers
n
Maintain product displays and keep the floor well-organised
n
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, including complaints
n
Support new staff with product knowledge as needed
n

What We're Looking For

Experience
n

Around 1 or more years of retail experience, ideally in consumer electronics
n
n
Track Record
n
n
Demonstrated history of hitting KPIs in previous roles
n
Evidence of contributing to team performance, not just individual output
n
Personal goals or achievements that show you're motivated beyond the minimum
