Step into the engine of our business and join our operations team to show your passion for logistics and/or the Truck industry with an entry level role where the pathway is to become a Logistics Coordinator at our Sydney Terminal.
If you are a natural problem solver, have strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically then this role would be for you!
As a Trainee logistics coordinator, flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays.
This role is a full time role, Monday to Friday.
This role has the following tasks:
Docking and dispatching trips
Learn how to schedule drivers and subcontractors to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System
Ensure drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads/pickups
Liaise with the logistics manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met
