Backed by Saputo Dairy Australia, we support farming customers across dairy, livestock, cropping, and lifestyle sectors with trusted advice and quality products.AG Warehouse is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Officer to join our team.In this role, you will manage credit risk and collections across an assigned debtor portfolio.
You will work closely with customers, store managers and internal sales teams to support timely payments, resolve account queries and achieve positive commercial outcomes.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in credit or accounts receivable who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their work.Key responsibilitiesManage collections and follow up outstanding customer paymentsMonitor debtor accounts and ensure compliance with agreed credit termsProcess and allocate incoming payments accuratelyConduct credit risk assessments for new and existing customersResolve account queries and disputes in a timely and professional mannerBuild strong relationships with customers,



store managers and sales teamsSupport collection targets through proactive customer contactPrepare reports and analysis relating to debtor performance and bad debtsApply credit policies and escalate higher-risk matters when requiredYou will bring:Experience in credit, accounts receivable or a related accounting roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfidence managing customer conversations and payment follow-upsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience using credit management systems and Microsoft ExcelA collaborative, customer-focused approachWhy join us?
