We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic
Graphic Designer
to join our Marketing team who are helping to bring the Snooze brand to life across retail, digital and marketing channels.
This is a two (2) year fixed term contract role.
Our offices are situated in leafy Canterbury in Melbourne.

The Role
As Graphic Designer — Retail, you will support the creative team in developing engaging and effective visual communications across a variety of platforms.
You'll work closely with other designers, marketers and content specialists to produce high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer looking to develop skills in a fast-paced retail environment while contributing to one of Australia's most recognised home and lifestyle brands.
Day to day responsibilities
Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional assets across print, digital, social media, web and in-store channels.
Support the development of campaign creative that aligns with the Snooze brand identity and strategic objectives.
Interpret creative briefs and contribute innovative design solutions.
Prepare finished artwork for print and digital production.




Ensure all artwork is accurate, on-brand and delivered within agreed timelines.
Assist in the creation of basic animation and motion graphic assets where required.
Maintain and organise creative files, templates and brand assets within the Digital Asset Management system.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution and implementation of the Snooze brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure high-quality creative execution.
Stay informed of design trends, technologies and best practices.
About You
You are creative, organised and eager to learn.
You enjoy working collaboratively, have a strong eye for detail, and are passionate about creating impactful design that supports commercial outcomes in a high-output environment, managing multiple campaigns and delivering large asset sets to deadline.
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field are desired.
Be prepared to show us a portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and execution across multiple channels.
You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
After Effects
Experience using Figma.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
Demonstrate the ability to create assets for print, digital and web applications.
Understand basic animation or motion graphics skills.
Show strong attention to detail and file-management practices.
Provide excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Note : The successful candidate will be required to present a clean federal Police Check due to the inherent requirements of the role.
