About the role
The Driver Relicensing Services Officer supports the management and administration of licensing offences, including Alcohol Interlock, Behaviour Change, Safe Driving, Heavy Vehicle and Motorcycle programs.
The role investigates and resolves complex customer and stakeholder enquiries, transactions and complaints, provides specialist licensing advice, and escalates high-risk or complex matters with clear recommendations.
The role also supports team activities and change initiatives, maintains accurate customer data, and ensures privacy and compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
The Officer contributes to service improvements, works collaboratively to meet team targets, and maintains strong knowledge of relevant systems, legislation, processes and business rules.

Qualifications and experience
A current and valid driver licence free of convictions for a period of time specified in the relevant legislation.
Experience relevant to the capabilities of the role.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
