As an Austin HealthNurseyou willbe responsible forensuring the delivery of evidence-based nursing care in designated medical specialties,in order tooptimisehealth outcomes for the community.
A regular day will see you:
Support a philosophy of care, which is patient focused, from admission to discharge, and where the family is welcome in the carers team
Ensure the well-being and safety of patients by following the values and principles, which underpin best practice in relation to patient care,educationand patient rights
Achieve andmaintainthe skills necessary, through personal professional development, to plan, prioritize and implement holistic patient care

To be successful in this roleyou'llbring with you:
Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Registered Nurse registration
Acute clinical experience and knowledge in a cancer setting
ADACChemotherapy, IV Cannula and CVAD competency
A commitment to quality, bestpracticeand environmental safety
