are physically fit, reliable and punctual;

are enthusiastic about learning the skills needed to join our vintage multi-cultural team;

Cellar experience and an Australian Forklift Licence are an advantage but specific job training will be provided;
n
can work positively within a team environment;
n
have a sound understanding and commitment to workplace safety
n
have Australian citizenship or a valid Australian work permit
n

You will work with the Winemaking team to complete the required day-to-day winery operations, including:
n
n
completing all cellar activities in accordance with job sheets within appropriate timeframes;
n
assisting with key cellar and winemaking processes including pressing, fermentation and filtration;
n
assist with maintenance of winery equipment to ensure the efficiency of cellar operations - this includes pumps, presses and plumbing;
n
communicate both maintenance problems and potential solutions to the site Winemaker and or Assistant winemaker Applicants.
