What you'll bring: n

Robust communication and organisational skills
n
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
n
Experience in commercial property
n
Property management licence (or willingness to obtain - we'll cover the cost!)

What you'll do: n

Coordinate tenant work requests, liaise with contractors, and organise quotes
n
Process invoices and assist with financial reporting
n
Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets
n
Support lease management, rent reviews, and debt collection
n
