About the Opportunity
n
Reporting to the
Queensland Business Relationships Manager
, you'll take ownership of a Sunshine Coast territory, developing strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, specialists, and practice teams.
n
You'll be trusted to manage your schedule, identify growth opportunities, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our presence within the local healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities
n

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare referrers across your territory
n
Increase awareness and utilisation of Sunshine Coast Radiology services
n
Identify new business opportunities and support referral growth
n
Coordinate educational events, practice visits, networking opportunities, and promotional activities
n
Implement local marketing initiatives and campaigns
n
Analyse market activity, competitor trends, and growth opportunities
n
Maintain accurate referrer records and reporting through CRM systems
n
Collaborate closely with operational, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional referrer experience
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting qualified relationships.
n
You may come from healthcare, radiology, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, business development, account management, or a customer-focused sales and marketing background.
You'll bring:

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A proactive and self-motivated approach

Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and business stakeholders
n
Excellent organisation and time management skills

The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

A current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n

Experience in healthcare, radiology, medical terminology, CRM systems, or referral management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
