We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hurricane's Grill, Brighton Le Sands. This is an exciting prospect for a hospitality professional with a positive "can-do" attitude, strong leadership capability, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
n
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the team to deliver high service standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of ***** staff members
n
Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
n
Supporting training and onboarding of new team members
n
Demonstrating strong food and beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
n
Maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
n




Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
n
Handling basic administrative and communication tasks effectively
n
Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace culture
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams
n
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
n
Good knowledge of food and wine
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
A genuine passion for hospitality
n
Valid RSA certification
n

Full-time position
n
Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
n
Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa permitting full-time work
