Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne is a four-and-a-half-star hotel located on the picturesque banks of the Yarra River in Richmond. Part of the Amora Hotels & Resorts Group, with properties across Australia and Thailand, the hotel features 157 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, including 45 stylish new rooms added as part of a recent expansion. Our restaurant operates Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner seven days a week, complemented by two bars and 15 versatile conference and banquet spaces, making Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne a dynamic and rewarding hospitality setting.

About the Role

We are currently seeking Casual and Part Time Guest Service Agentsto join our Front Office Team.
n
Your warm and welcoming smile, positive can-do attitude and a willingness toensure that our guests have the most memorable stay are allattributes that come naturally to you.

Your main responsibilities will include:
n

Check-inand Check-outour guests, making the process feel swift and seamless
n
Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
n
Assisting with general guest enquiries
n
Guest services including concierge and porter
n
Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
n
Maintaining accurate accounts
n




Ensure allofour guests have a memorable experience at our great hotel
n
n

A hands-on approach and to be adaptable to workplace situations

Team orientated

Great organizational skills

A friendly and outgoing personality

Excellent presentation and grooming

Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster with various shifts including occasional Night shift
n
Ideally, with previous Hotel Front Office experience
n
Previous experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded.
