The position
n
Redox have a permanent full-time opportunity (9am to 5pm) for an enthusiastic and experienced Transport Support Officer to join the transport office in Minto. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.
n
You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
n
n
Organising & writing consignment notes
n
Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
n
Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
n
Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
n
Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
n
Releasing forward orders
n
Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
n
Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP's)
n
Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
n
General Administrative duties and customer service
n
Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
n




Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox's policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S; in compliance with state and federal legislation.

About you
n
n
1 year experience in a similar role
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
Customer centric with high attention to detail
n
Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
n
Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
n
Reliable with exceptional time management skills
n
Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite.
n
Flexible and able to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
n
