Beefy's are a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW. We pride ourselves on providing high quality products and an excellent customer service experience.

The role
n
This role involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 5am and 7pm across 7 days of the week. Due to the opening and closing times your own transport is essential. In this position, you will enjoy:

About You
n




Ideally you will have previous experience in the food service industry and are a seasoned customer service skilled. You will also be friendly and enthusiastic as well as reliable, flexible and confident.
n
Duties will include:
n
n
Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
n
Eftpos & cash handling transactions
n
Coffee making
n
Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
n
Product presentation & preparation
n
Achieving store KPI's
n
Opening & closing of store
n
Assisting the Manager with supervision of juniors
n
n
Essential Skills / Attributes:

A good eye for detail and presentation

Ability to build strong relationships with guests & team

Experienced in opening and closing procedures is an advantage
