Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business, seeks a Lead Business Analyst for its CRM Consulting practice in London.
You will define BA standards, lead discovery, and drive requirements across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 engagements, mentoring teams across regions and collaborating with delivery managers.
You'll build reusable templates, guide solution options, and support testing, UAT and change management, with occasional client-site travel across EMEA.
