What you will be responsible for:
n
n
Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring a small internal sales team and at the same time supporting the external sales team.
n
Demonstrating commercial acumen in developing and coaching the internal sales team.
n
Reporting to the Site Leader, you will support and execute effective sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
n
Support and develop talent within the current team, whilst nurturing the growth and development of each individual.
n
Establish, track, and manage KPIs to enhance team performance.
n
Lead the internal sales function in executing trading skills to deliver market-leading customer service.
n
Building competency across multiple business divisions, including product, markets and customer segments
n
Optimise internal processes to boost operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.
n
Work collaboratively across the wider business to align with broader Vulcan objectives.
n
Ability to leverage data to develop reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance.
n

Requirements

Demonstrated success in a sales and/or customer service leadership role.
n
Proven ability to define KPIs, coach team members, and foster motivation.
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process enhancement.
n
