CSR Springboard is seeking a WCM Engineer to drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives across Bringelly and Minto sites in NSW.
You will lead CI projects, engage with operations and support capital investment programs to uplift efficiency and safety.
Based in a multi-site setting, you will embed Lean principles, mentor teams, analyse performance data, and deliver measurable improvements aligned to CSR's manufacturing excellence goals.
