About the role:

We're looking for a driven and people-first
Retail Store Team Leader
to take the lead at our exciting
Chermside
store.
n
To be successful for this role, you will:

Oversee the operations of the Chermside Store, ensuring it meets and exceeds KPIs.
n
Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
n
Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success.
n
Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
n
Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
n
Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
n
