Job Description
You will be caring for a diverse caseload including paediatric and adult disability patients, the majority of which are NDIS funded. The work is entirely mobile, with your home being your base. This position is offered on a casual contract with 2 days (16 hours) per week, with the plan to increase hours in the near future. There is some flexibility in the hours worked which will be negotiated with your clinical lead.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide assessment and care to a caseload of clients in their home and other community settings
n
Support clients with neurological, musculoskeletal, neurodivergent, developmental delays, pain management, weight management, mental health, equipment prescription, functional assessments, paediatric and eating disorders
n
Cover other physiotherapist's caseload when necessary
n
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
n
Maintain accurate documentation and communication within Fetu's documentation system
n
Provide thorough assessment reports for NDIS and WorkCover
n
Liaise with other service providers such as SIL managers and NDIS support coordinators
n
Attend regular FETU meetings
n
Prescribe appropriate Home Exercise Plans
n
Pay
n
$55 per hour + superannuation, with remuneration negotiable based on experience and expertise. You will be reimbursed for travel.

About you
n
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
n
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
Have obtained or are willing to obtain a cleared NDIS worker screening check
n
