Job Description
Peak Hill District Hospital in rural NSW is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department on a 12-week contract starting 12 October ****. This is a hands‐on role in a busy ED environment where you'll bring your clinical expertise and leadership skills to support the team through to the end of the year.

12-week contract in a rural emergency department setting
n
Lead clinical care and support the ED team as an In Charge nurse
n
Work with a team that values experienced practitioners who can hit the ground running
n
Preferred Requirements
n
n
n
Solid emergency department experience with demonstrated clinical competence
n
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
n




Experience working in an In Charge or senior nursing capacity
n
Strong assessment and prioritisation skills in a fast‐paced ED environment
n
Ability to work effectively within a small, team-oriented team
n
Preferred Qualifications
n

n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing
n
Additional emergency-focused certifications (such as TNCC or ENCC) are advantageous
n
