Detailed Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:
n
n
• Provide Level 2 support for IAM
n platforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
n
• Monitor, triage, and resolve production
n issues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
n
• Investigate issues using monitoring
n tools like Splunk and New Relic
n
• Support Kubernetes-based deployments
n and containerized IAM workloads
n
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines using
n Codefresh and GitHub Actions
n
• Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for
n traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
n
• Perform Java-based debugging and minor
n code enhancements
n
• Participate in incident management,
n RCA, and problem management
n
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure
n teams to ensure compliance with security best practices
n
• Support release deployments and
n environment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
