Bhullar Group is seeking a Project Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in heavy structural steel fabrication and project management for a full time role based at 5 Drover Place.

We are looking for a practical, organised engineer who can work closely with workshop teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

About the Role: n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing project scope, schedules, budgets and key milestones.
n
Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications and fabrication requirements.
n
Coordinating procurement, workshop fabrication, inspections and delivery.
n
Tracking project progress and resolving technical and production issues.
n
Managing variations,



project documentation and progress reporting.
n
Supporting quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards.
n
Maintaining clear communication between clients, engineering teams and the workshop.
n
About You: n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
n
4–5 years of relevant experience in heavy structural steel fabrication, including project management.
n
A sound understanding of fabrication processes, welding, assembly and quality requirements.
n
Confidence interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
n
Experience managing costs, schedules, procurement and project variations.
n
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
A hands-on approach and a commitment to safety and quality.
n
n
Experience coordinating structural steel installation and erection would be an advantage.
