A leading insurance practice is seeking a highly motivatedAssociate to join its expanding Liability practice in Sydney.
This is anexciting prospect to work alongside an experienced personal injuryspecialist and contribute to a diverse range of insurance and liabilitymatters.
About the role
You will work on a broad variety of cases, including:
High-value personal injury claims
Defective premises and property damage matters
Product and public liability claims
Pre-litigation and litigated files
The role offers the chance to make meaningful contributionsto case outcomes while developing your expertise in a supportive, collaborativeteam environment.
About you
We're looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 2+ years PQE (or equivalent) in one or moreof the following areas:
TPD (Total and Permanent Disability) claims
Life insurance matters
Policy interpretation
General liability (defence or plaintiff experience)
Insurance and personal injury defence
You will also have:
Strong knowledge of litigation and insurance law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience engaging with experts across multipledisciplines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work withpeople at all levels
