Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (ALS) in Stafford, Queensland, seeks an Organic Prep Supervisor to lead the Organic Prep team and support daily production, ensuring safety, quality and timely workflow.
The role involves rostering, performance reviews, staff training, cross-training plans, and coordinating with the Organic Coordinator to optimise throughput while maintaining HSE and QA/QC standards.
This position offers development in people leadership within a supportive, inclusive team.
