What you'll do
Deliver meaningful, person‐centred wellness programs that promote residents' independence, health, and overall wellbeing.
Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team to support holistic lifestyle outcomes.
Assess resident needs accurately and maintain thorough documentation to guide ongoing program improvement.
Work collaboratively with allied health professionals and external experts to ensure engaging and effective program delivery
Contribute actively to quality improvement, training opportunities, and a safe, positive workplace culture.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or
Certificate III in Leisure & Health or working towards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and advocate for residents




Proven ability to deliver person‐centred care and wellness programs that promote independence and wellbeing
Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting
We would also love you to have:
Experience working in aged care, leisure, or community support settings
Basic knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and best practices
Ability to confidently assess resident needs and tailor programs accordingly
